Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with KSGems India. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  2. Email us or reply to your order confirmation email to request a return authorization.

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Shipping Method & Charges

Express Shipping Returns

  • For orders shipped via express courier, a return shipping label may be provided.

  • The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:
Order value: $300
Return shipping fee: $50
Refund issued: $250

Standard Shipping Returns

  • For orders shipped via standard shipping, return pickup is not available.

  • Customers must arrange return shipping at their own expense.

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a specified number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for return

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments
