Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We ship across India and internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures depending on the destination country.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable and secure courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your gemstones. Shipping methods may include standard or express services, depending on your selection at checkout and your location.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within India: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order value

Any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. KS Gems India has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the courier’s tracking link.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. KS Gems India is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
